About the position

The B2B Marketing Specialist at Integrity Marketing Group is responsible for developing and executing lead generation programs within the B2B channel, managing internal and external marketing communications, and integrating these efforts with the company's technology stack. This role requires a self-motivated marketer who can implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive client demand and engagement, optimize conversion rates, and manage digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to drive client demand, engagement, and lead generation for the B2B channel.
  • Optimize lead conversion rates across multiple platforms and channels including web forms, PPC ads, and direct mail.
  • Create and manage B2B digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media.
  • Own the flow of information between Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Leadership to ensure alignment on initiatives.
  • Manage external marketing communications to clients, partners, and prospects through various channels.
  • Administer marketing programs with a focus on process, service, and growth.
  • Manage B2B social media presence to build following and brand credibility.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor and report on marketing campaign performance for continuous improvement.
  • Design and produce marketing creative in digital and print mediums.
  • Write creative copy for various marketing materials including websites and emails.
  • Build and manage high-converting email campaigns and segment lists based on behavior.
  • Integrate lead generation campaigns with HubSpot to track conversion and maintain database integrity.
  • Organize and structure data from various marketing programs within internal systems.

Requirements

  • A graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in generating leads through digital and traditional channels.
  • At least two years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
  • Two or more years of experience in digital marketing, including paid and organic social media and Google Ads.
  • A year or more of experience in managing and/or designing websites.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in design and content creation is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
  • Solid understanding of mass communication principles.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to adapt communication effectively to accommodate different audiences.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical.
