About the position

The Client Success & Growth Manager at City Wide Facility Solutions of Las Vegas is responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth. Responsibilities

  • Nurture Client Partnerships: Act as the trusted advisor for assigned clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction with City Wide's services.
  • Drive Account Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing contracts and introduce new services, maximizing client value.
  • Lead a Winning Team: Manage and develop a team of Assistant Night Managers, ensuring exceptional service delivery at every client site.
  • Orchestrate Seamless Operations: Coordinate with a network of vendors, ensuring efficient and high-quality service execution.
  • Be the Problem Solver: Address client concerns promptly and effectively, demonstrating commitment to their success.
  • Utilize Technology: Leverage City Wide's CRM to streamline inspections, track client information, and manage service schedules.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B Account Manager: 2+ years of experience nurturing and growing client relationships, ideally in building maintenance or facility management.
  • Retention Rockstar: A track record of success in client retention, backed by measurable goals and metrics.
  • Detail-Oriented Dynamo: Highly organized with impeccable follow-through.
  • Relationship Builder Extraordinaire: Positive, outgoing, and a natural at connecting with people.
  • Communication Ace: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM systems.
