About the position

The B2B SaaS Marketing Manager at Rynse is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at generating leads, enhancing product awareness, and establishing Rynse as a leader in fleet management technology. This role requires a blend of content marketing and demand generation expertise, particularly within the B2B SaaS sector, to effectively engage government and enterprise organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to support lead generation, brand positioning, and customer acquisition goals.
  • Work closely with the sales, customer, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives and product releases.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize ROI.
  • Create compelling content to engage our target audience, including blog posts, customer stories, and product demos.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and tone across all customer touchpoints.
  • Conduct regular market and competitive research to identify trends, customer needs, and industry best practices.
  • Develop lead-generation programs and nurture campaigns to engage prospects and build top of the funnel in support of the sales teams.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to manage campaigns, track leads, and report on conversion rates.
  • Support the planning and execution of conferences and other industry events to showcase our product and connect with potential customers.
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities that expand our reach and enhance our market positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of marketing experience with B2B SaaS companies
  • Proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM software, etc.)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or similar
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience creating marketing copy and content for public sector clients
