About the position

As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. This role will involve segment specific storytelling, positioning and messaging, go-to-market strategy, sales and marketing enablement, customer insights and market research, and content development and execution. You will be responsible for driving insight back solutions messaging, go to market strategies, and sales enablement for different segments. You are a seasoned product marketer who has experience in researching the market and customer business objectives, creating segment specific narratives that stick, architecting GTM strategy, and communicating the value of Canva's portfolio to reps, prospects, and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Create a deep understanding of different customer segments and ICPs, from their demographic profile to their pain points, and craft stories that are designed to speak to them effectively.
  • Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging and positioning for solutions that resonate with target audiences, aligning with the company's overarching value proposition.
  • Create and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for solutions, including market segmentation, buyer personas, competitive analysis, and channel enablement plans.
  • Equip sales and marketing teams with the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively communicate the value of solutions, such as playbooks, case studies, and tailored content.
  • Conduct research to deeply understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, using insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful campaigns that drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth for solutions in target markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years product marketing or solutions marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing GTM strategies for B2B SaaS products.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into benefits for a wide audience.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand and identify trends in the market, our competitors, and our user needs across multiple segments.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and have strong prioritization skills.
  • Has a growth mindset and is eager to learn and grow every day.
