The Back Office Representative role is situated within the Customer Service department, which consists of a dedicated team of 10 individuals. This position is crucial for managing the physical flows and documentation of finished goods within a specific supply chain operation, which includes packaging, storage, material handling, and transportation. The primary goal is to ensure that finished goods are available on time and meet or exceed customer expectations. As a Back Office Representative, you will be responsible for reviewing open shipping orders to determine the necessary quantity and type of transportation required, as well as any specific customer requests. You will plan and execute order fulfillment, prepare and distribute all necessary documents for the shipment of finished goods and equipment, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations. Additionally, you will schedule carriers for packaged goods shipments, maintain accurate finished goods inventory, coordinate physical inventory counts, and reconcile SAP to ensure inventory accuracy. You will also coordinate fleet maintenance with the commercial supply chain for Peroxides.
