About the position

Baker's Drive-Thru is seeking energetic individuals to join their team as Team Members. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Team Members will have opportunities for career advancement within the company, including positions such as Crew Leader, Assistant Manager, and General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service, being courteous, friendly, helpful, and prompt.
• Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively to ensure guests receive prompt and fresh food.
• Communicate effectively and in a friendly manner with guests, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Clean and maintain sanitation standards in the work area.
• Collaborate with team members to provide an amazing guest experience.
