Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company specifications.
• Sell and serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring a best-in-class service experience.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of bartending, including terminology and essential drink recipes.
• Understand and apply the basic rules of bartending, including drink preparation and wine suggestions.
• Maintain an outgoing and positive personality while interacting with guests.
• Ensure complete knowledge of the restaurant's food and beverage menu.
• Upsell alcohol and food items consistently.
• Use a computer to ring orders and process payments accurately.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Check identification to verify guests are of legal drinking age and refuse service to underage guests politely.
• Monitor guests' behavior and report any concerns to management regarding their ability to drive after consuming alcohol.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including side-work and resetting tables.
