About the position

The Bartender at Sugar Factory American Brasserie is responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving drinks in a lively and fast-paced environment. This role is essential in creating a memorable experience for guests, contributing to the restaurant's goal of being America's favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Handle cash and operate the POS system efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and possession of a Food Handler Certification.
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with POS systems.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques.
