About the position
Re-Bath is the nation's largest complete bathroom remodeler, and we are seeking a full-time installer and remodeling expert! In this role, you will be responsible for managing complete bathroom remodeling projects, which include designing complete bathroom remodels, tub and shower updates, and providing solutions for aging and accessibility needs for our customers. Our installers will enjoy comprehensive training and will be provided with a company-owned truck and trailer for work use only, which is necessary to complete the remodeling process from demolition through to job completion. As an installer, you will be expected to provide consistently high levels of job quality while maintaining a strong sense of customer service. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, including finish carpentry work. You will need to be a self-starter with an outstanding customer-oriented attitude, demonstrating excellent people and organizational skills. Being a team player is essential, as is exhibiting a high level of skill in the remodeling field. You will be required to incorporate proven installation and remodeling systems and be prepared to work long hours as needed to meet job deadlines. Attention to detail and dependability are crucial in this role, as is the ability to lift 50 lbs., reach, lift, and climb. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license with a good driving record, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass a criminal background check and a random drug test. Following company policies and procedures is a must, and having basic tools is also required.
