Join the ABLE Kids family as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Atlanta, where we specialize in providing ABA therapy in a small clinic setting focused on early intervention. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our clients, ensuring that our practices are grounded in evidence-based methodologies. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and developing tailored behavior intervention plans. You will oversee the implementation of these plans, ensuring that they are executed effectively by our team of behavior technicians. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support to our clients. Your leadership skills will be essential as you train and supervise behavior technicians, providing them with ongoing feedback to enhance their professional development. Our work week is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule with no evening shifts. We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, with planned annual increases, and a generous benefits package that includes 120 hours of PTO, 8 paid holidays, and additional PTO awarded for anniversaries. Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Write and revise behavior intervention plans and progress reports.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of services.
  • Communicate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and ensure alignment with treatment goals.
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing professional development activities.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavior analytic services.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities.
  • Ability to design, implement and monitor behavior intervention plans.
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and writing assessment reports.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and to work as part of the team.
