Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and establish relationships with cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Provide technical expertise and drive novel solutions rooted in complexity.
- Comfortably navigate ambiguity and work through undefined paths.
- Act as change agents to implement new processes and toolsets across organizations.
- Advocate for agile methodologies to tackle challenges and implement change.
- Envision novel design patterns for technology solutions.
- Serve as a resource on IT Architecture and provide hands-on expertise.
- Work closely with senior client stakeholders to build hypothesis-driven solutions.
- Design solution, application, and data architecture.
- Develop feasibility studies and execute technical proofs of concept.
- Perform technology assessments and implement IT architectures.
- Analyze complex IT application landscapes for optimization.
- Support IT functions during mergers and acquisitions.
- Restructure IT processes and optimize application development.
- Design work packages in IT implementation projects.
- Evaluate products and solutions, including comparative studies.
- Craft compelling narratives and deliver impactful presentations.
- Mentor and coach junior team members and provide quality assurance oversight.
- Drive innovation and assist with business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 6+ years of technology consulting or software engineering experience with more than 3+ years in architecture discipline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Outstanding ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior technical knowledge and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain complex technology topics to senior executives.
- Extensive technical expertise in cloud technologies, integration methodologies, databases, data platform architecture, data analytics, application modernization, and process automation.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with cloud workload design and optimization.
- Knowledge of API and Microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with data analytics, AI, and GenAI architecture.
