About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team at Once Upon Rehabilitation Services. In this part-time role, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing essential support and implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's needs. Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring that each client receives the highest quality of care and support. You will provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while fostering a positive therapeutic environment. In addition to direct therapy, you will be responsible for collecting and recording data on client progress, which is crucial for assessing the effectiveness of the intervention plans. You will assist in the development of individualized treatment goals, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and implementation of treatment plans.
