About The Position

The Behavior Technician role involves implementing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for clients based on individualized treatment plans, under the supervision of Behavior Analysts. This position is available for both part-time and full-time schedules, offering competitive pay and various benefits.

Requirements

• Required RBT/BT Certification (can be obtained upon hire if not already possessed).
• Preferred Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree.
• Ability to complete competency assessment.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass CPR/First Aid Training.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Active ABA Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities
