Chester County Respite Network (CCRN) Educational & Behavioral Support Services is an affiliate Company of The Santé Group and Rock Creek Foundation. CCRN is seeking a Full time - Behavioral Health Technician to join our caring and compassionate team in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. As a (BHT), you will have the privilege of providing community-based behavioral support to a unique group of individuals across all settings in Chester County, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral support to participants with special needs across all settings
  • Maintain positive relationships with members of the participant's clinical team
  • Consult with and assist the Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC) in the development and implementation of treatment plans
  • Adhere to CCRN documentation standards. Complete detailed written progress notes of each IBHS service session.

Requirements

  • Have a certification as a BCaBA.
  • Have a certification as an RBT.
  • Have a behavior health certification or behavior analysis certification from an organization that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute.
  • Have a high school diploma or the equivalent of a high school diploma and have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT Task List as evidenced by a certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is certified as a BCBA or BCaBA.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the provision of behavioral health services.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and three (3) years of direct care experience OR a combination of education and experience
  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
  • FBI Department of Human Service background clearance - Service code: 1KG738
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Health related field and three (3) years of direct care experience OR Certified Registered Behavioral Technician
  • Have a certification as a BCAT.
