The Employee Benefits Consultant will work closely with clients to create tailored benefits packages that meet the unique needs of their employees, thereby enhancing the overall employee experience. In this role, the consultant will engage in various activities, including conducting open enrollment meetings to maximize employee engagement and plan participation. They will also be responsible for new business development, identifying opportunities for growth within the master benefits program, which includes health, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits. The consultant will act as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and training to both clients and internal teams, contributing to the professional growth of the organization. The position requires a proactive approach to managing client relationships, ensuring compliance during the onboarding process, and maintaining strong communication throughout the client's lifecycle. The Employee Benefits Consultant will report to the Benefits Consultant Manager and collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure the successful implementation and management of benefit plans.
