About the position

Hilldrup is seeking a highly skilled Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is crucial in managing employee benefits programs, compensation structures, and HRIS systems, ensuring that Hilldrup remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent while providing a seamless employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
  • Develop and manage the company's compensation structure, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and performance management systems.
  • Conduct market analyses to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Lead the administration and optimization of the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
  • Ensure all benefit, compensation, and HRIS processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance on benefits, compensation, and HRIS-related inquiries.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align benefits, compensation, and HRIS strategies with the company's goals and long-term vision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in benefits, compensation, and HRIS management.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws related to compensation and benefits.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (experience with specific HRIS software, e.g., ADP is a plus).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CCP certification is preferred.
