About the position

As a Benefits Coordinator at Daniels Solutions LLC, you will play a crucial role in the employee benefits sector, specifically with Colonial Life, an established employee benefits company. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to earn what they believe they are worth and are ready to take on the challenge of building relationships with local businesses in the Tampa Bay area. You will operate as an independent agent sales representative, which means you will have the autonomy to manage your own business while receiving support from a team of experienced benefits counselors. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with these counselors to enroll businesses and their employees in various insurance products offered by Colonial Life. In this role, you will engage in a variety of activities including prospecting for new clients, conducting presentations for decision-makers, leading group meetings, and providing enrollment solutions and account management services. While prior sales experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as an extensive training program will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge. The compensation structure for this position is performance-based, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your sales results, with no cap on your potential income.
