The Benefits Coordinator provides coordination support to the Benefits team and programs, including active and retiree plans for health and welfare benefits, as well as employee wellness, employee leave, retirement, and other related benefit programs. This role involves performing moderately complex, routine, and/or confidential transactional tasks for the Benefits team. Working in collaboration with others helps create greater process efficiency and continuity across Benefits functions. The Benefits Coordinator is expected to perform exemplary customer service and assistance to employees, leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), HR Centers of Expertise (COEs), and the HR Solutions Center (HRSC). In this position, you will provide support to the Benefits team and programs, including health and welfare benefits, employee wellness, employee leave, retirement, and other related benefit programs. You will be responsible for performing transactional tasks related to the administration of these programs, maintaining and ensuring accuracy of employee data, and supporting various compliance activities. The role also includes preparing data for audits, compliance activities, and labor agreement negotiations, as well as producing documents, graphics, spreadsheets, and other materials. You will be a key player in ensuring that the Benefits team operates efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
