About the position

The Small Group Benefit Coordinator plays a crucial role in the day-to-day management of client accounts, providing support to client teams in developing effective benefit strategies that align with client goals and financial requirements. This position involves a variety of essential functions, including data analysis, drafting client reports, developing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), conducting marketing analysis, and implementing vendor solutions. The ideal candidate will be expected to learn about the full spectrum of employer-sponsored health and welfare plans, as well as the federal and state regulations that govern these plans. Additionally, the role involves reviewing Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and contracts for technical accuracy and researching compliance questions related to health and welfare plans.
