This role is crucial in initiating contact with potential customers who have expressed interest in solar energy, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and scheduling appointments for our solar technicians. Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to online leads who have expressed interest in solar energy.
- Engage leads in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and educate them on the benefits of solar energy.
- Schedule appointments for leads to speak with our solar technicians.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable spending several hours per day on the phone.
- Proficiency with CRM software is a plus.
