About the position

The Bilingual Consumer Care Tech Specialist at Jasco Products Company is responsible for providing exceptional technical support to customers in both English and Spanish. This role involves troubleshooting product issues, answering inquiries, and gathering customer feedback to enhance product quality. The position requires a commitment to customer satisfaction and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls from customers to troubleshoot problems and answer general questions.
  • Provide technical support for Jasco products, including universal remotes, antennas, timers, and home automation devices.
  • Act as a platform for customers to give feedback about products and assist in making improvements.
  • Receive training on all Jasco products to ensure knowledgeable support.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of consumer electronics is desired.
  • Competency in a Microsoft Windows computer environment is desired.
  • Ability to lift and carry products, chairs, returns, and office supplies as needed.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a call center environment.
  • Knowledge of technical support processes.
