The Bilingual Collections Account Manager at Drive Casa, LLC plays a vital role in the company's growth by managing collections and fostering relationships with customers. Responsibilities

  • Provides customers with service, facilitating collection activities for past due customers.
  • Manages collection efforts on assigned work queues which may include early or late stage delinquency accounts.
  • Follows all established policies and procedures within the Account Services department to ensure compliance adherence.
  • Maintains a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
  • Responsible for hiring and managing staff.

Requirements

  • Collections experience is preferred (or 2+ years of management/customer service experience and/or call center experience).
  • Must be bilingual - verbal and written competency in both Spanish and English are required.
  • Polite, professional, and courteous communication skills are a must.
  • Must be comfortable using phones and computer.
  • Typing skills with proper grammar are needed.
  • Careful adherence to well-defined procedures where repeatable results are necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem solve.
