About the position

The Bilingual Commercial Roofing Foreman at Tecta America New England is responsible for overseeing the installation, removal, and replacement of commercial roofing systems. This role requires strong leadership skills to direct and train a roofing crew while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety guidelines. The foreman will manage projects from start to finish, maintain professional customer interactions, and complete necessary documentation.

Responsibilities

• Installation and removal of various types of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.
• Perform roof repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interactions with all customers.
• Direct, train, and supervise the commercial roofing crew.
• Complete all required paperwork and electronic correspondence.
• Attend meetings as required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience with various commercial roofing systems, required.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English), required.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and climb ladders.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints/job specifications.
• Proven ability to train and supervise employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Valid Driver's License; CDL license highly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• OSHA 10 certification; OSHA 30 strongly preferred.
