About The Position

The Bilingual Customer Service & Loan Specialist at Sun Loan Co Alabama, Inc. is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. Requirements

  • Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply new job-related information.
  • Ability to work well with others and take feedback from supervisors and team members.
  • Working knowledge of computers, phone systems, and basic calculator functions.
  • Must be able to work as scheduled and complete required company training.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a call center environment or customer service.
  • Ability to work from 10:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts (from 8:30am-12:30pm).
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Must be able to lift 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer portal tickets in a timely manner and escalate to IT when necessary.
  • Document tickets appropriately and respond to emails and calls.
  • Assist with troubleshooting hardware and/or software issues in the office.
  • Setup and install new or replacement equipment.
