About the position

National Telecom Service is seeking experienced Bilingual Customer Care Sales Agents to support the inbound sales team and customer support. The role involves utilizing an outgoing personality and sales experience to assist customers and contribute to the marketing and sales efforts of the company.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and marketing plans and operational functions to company standards
• Participate in product/service knowledge training on behalf of management
• Execute sales presentations to potential customers that call in or through social media platforms
• Assist customers with any questions they may have regarding products and services offered
• Ensure the highest level of sales and customer service resulting in increased productivity and achieving goals
• Assist the sales team with any day-to-day administrative support as required
