As a Bilingual Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent at TTEC, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences by providing exceptional service in both Spanish and English. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a dynamic team dedicated to bringing humanity to business. Your primary responsibility will be to handle escalated or complex calls from customers, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. You will be the difference between an average customer experience and an exceptional one, as you consult on products with compassion and resolve issues with a smile. In a typical day, you will answer incoming communications from customers, conduct research to provide accurate answers, and may engage in upselling products or services to existing customers. Your ability to communicate effectively in both languages will be essential in building trust and rapport with customers, ultimately leading to their peace of mind. Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers.
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.
  • Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed.

Requirements

  • Active Property and Casualty license.
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge.
  • Integrity to follow guidelines on maintaining members' privacy.
  • Computer experience with high-speed internet (> 10 mbps).
  • Smartphone or another device that runs iOS or Android for daily log-in.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
