About the position

Jobtracks Caribbean is looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Office Clerk to provide administrative support in a fast-paced accounting and tax environment. The role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, with responsibilities that include managing office communications, assisting with client inquiries, and maintaining office workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office communications, including answering phone calls and emails in both English and Spanish.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide assistance with basic tax and accounting information.
  • Maintain and organize office files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with preparing documents, reports, and spreadsheets for the accounting/tax team.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for team members.
  • Support the processing of tax forms, invoices, and other financial documentation.
  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and ordering supplies.
  • Collaborate with the accounting/tax team to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in an accounting or tax firm is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
