Responsibilities

  • Connect customers to their next solution by simplifying and enhancing the AT&T experience.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
  • Create meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise.
  • Participate in community events and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and maintain excellent customer experience.
  • Dedication to going above and beyond for customers.
