About the position

As a Bilingual Spanish Personal Banker at PNC, you will play a crucial role in strengthening customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities. This position focuses on engaging customers in sales conversations to identify suitable financial solutions, enhancing their financial wellbeing, and driving customer loyalty within the Retail Branch Banking Network.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
  • Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions.
  • Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire and retain relationships.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated experience.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
  • Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems effectively.
  • Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment.
  • Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience in banking or customer service.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance customer experience.
