About The Position

The Part-Time Bookkeeper & Billing Coordinator will be responsible for managing financial transactions and billing operations within an advertising agency. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely billing for clients and vendors, as well as maintaining organized financial records. The position offers flexibility with a hybrid work model, allowing for both in-office and remote work arrangements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or billing roles.
  • Familiarity with billing software or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with financial software and basic Excel functions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send monthly client invoices accurately and on schedule.
  • Review, process, and pay vendor invoices, maintaining organized records for each transaction.
  • Track and reconcile media spending to ensure alignment with client campaigns and budgets.
  • Generate and present monthly financial reports to agency stakeholders.
  • Organize and record all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and conduct monthly reconciliations.
  • Utilize agency billing software to streamline processes and track accounts efficiently.
