Requirements

• Physical strength to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate manual and powered pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Stand, twist, and turn for extended periods to maintain an efficient workflow and meet production targets.
• Safely lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds on a regular basis, following proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
• Take direction from the operator, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of orders.
• Count and load products into boxes with precision, ensuring accurate quantities and proper packaging techniques.
• Utilize both manual and powered pallet jacks to transport and maneuver materials, following safety guidelines and procedures.
• Pay close attention to detail and quality standards, identifying and reporting any issues or defects in the processing areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas.
