About the position

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Ability Builders ABA Co is a full-time role focused on providing high-quality behavioral analysis services to clients in diverse communities. The BCBA will work collaboratively with a compassionate team to develop and implement treatment care plans, conduct assessments, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This role emphasizes a commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional development, with opportunities for advancement and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Complete skill assessments and develop treatment care plans.
• Develop and implement client programming and behavior intervention plans.
• Train and supervise RBTs for client skill acquisition and performance improvement.
• Conduct social validity interviews with caregivers.
• Apply various approved assessments such as VB-Mapp and AFLS.
• Ensure caregiver approval of treatment care plans through review meetings.
• Implement, monitor, and train on interventions identified in treatment care plans.
• Provide training to RBT team members and caregivers on interventions.
• Complete weekly consults with RBT team members and provide written feedback.
• Collaborate with other providers and support clients in appropriate locations.
• Attend and participate in Peer Review Committee meetings.
• Promote an ethical culture that upholds company values and policies.
• Maintain BCBA certification through continuing education and ethical conduct.

Requirements

• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• CPR certification.
• Under 1 year of experience in a related role.
