BOE Pricing Analyst II - BOS

About the position

The BOE Pricing Analyst II - BOS is a mid-level pricing role focused on the Base Operations & Support Services (BOS) portfolio. This position is responsible for leading the development of compliant, competitive pricing solutions and compartmentalized cost element strategies in response to government solicitations and RFQs. Working closely with functional area managers and business operations teams, this role focuses on building comprehensive pricing models and frameworks that incorporate labor rates, indirect rates, operational inputs, and multi-year scenario analysis, with a deep understanding of solicitation requirements, including SCA, CBA, DBA, and exempt salary data.

Responsibilities

• Leads pricing volume development for BOS portfolio proposals.
• Builds and manages complex pricing models tailored to BOS contract structures.
• Analyzes solicitation requirements and ensures compliant pricing solutions.
• Incorporates HR and market compensation data and solicitation-specific CBA/SCA/DBA requirements.
• Collaborates closely with functional managers to translate operational plans into pricing frameworks.
• Performs escalation analysis and multi-year scenario pricing.
• Supports competitive pricing strategies and price-to-win considerations.
• Ensures the accuracy and audit-readiness of pricing submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of pricing or financial analysis experience related to BOS | Facilities Maintenance (O&M) work-scope.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced modeling techniques.
• Strong understanding of CBA, SCA, DBA, and exempt labor application in pricing.
• Experience with BOS contract pricing and government solicitations.
• Ability to interpret WBS/PWS and apply to pricing strategies.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations.
