The Stanford Psychiatry Center for Youth Mental Health & Wellbeing (CYMHW) is seeking a Brand and Communications Manager to oversee the communication strategy for the CYMHW and the allcove integrated youth mental health program. The allcove brand is the result of a year-long engagement with youth across the United States, emphasizing the importance of maintaining brand integrity to effectively reach and resonate with young audiences. The brand is designed to be adaptable to local contexts, ensuring that it reflects the unique culture and needs of individual communities. To support this, brand expression guidelines will be developed to assist allcove centers in implementing the brand consistently and authentically. Additionally, a centrally developed website architecture, outreach campaigns, social media strategies, and a variety of communication materials will be provided for local adaptation. The Brand and Communications Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive communications plan aimed at increasing the visibility of CYMHW's programs, particularly the allcove initiative. This role will involve driving marketing and content strategies to enhance brand recognition among youth aged 12-25, ensuring brand fidelity and consistency across all allcove centers. The Manager will play a crucial role within the allcove central office team, managing both traditional and digital marketing communications. Responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and executing communication strategies and products for the central team and the 11+ allcove centers that license the brand. The Manager will also innovate methods to enhance the visibility of allcove to diverse audiences and will supervise a Marketing Coordinator while collaborating with the entire CYMHW team. The ideal candidate will be an organized, strategic storyteller capable of balancing routine communications with new initiatives to engage a broad audience.
