Brand and Marketing Manager

About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand and Marketing Manager. The position is the face of the company (specializes in window and door production) and should always strive to provide customers with an exceptional experience. The Brand and Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing showrooms, increasing brand awareness through local marketing efforts including social media and other digital platforms, while generating traffic to the showrooms and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop a local marketing plan for both Northern Indiana territories within budget guidelines
• Drive traffic and increase public awareness to the showrooms through event creation and marketing efforts in tandem with the sales teams
• Work with members of the AOR team, Sales Manager and Sales teams to meet overall goals and coordinate strategies of the branch
• Manage both Northern Indiana showroom locations including supervision of each showroom’s employees
• Oversee the showroom cleanliness and neatness to ensure favorable and hospitable setting for all customers
• Work with the Trade Manager on an annual events schedule that will strengthen current business relationships and encourage new business opportunities
• Work with the Retail Manager on an annual events and/or home shows schedule that will increase brand awareness and generate sales opportunities
• Provide input and insights in areas that could enhance brand performance and recognition
• Troubleshoot and identify solutions to streamline processes or improve the customer experiences.
