About the position

L’Or was born in France in 1992 with the ambition to provide the absolute best coffee & espresso in the world. L’OR Espresso Capsules launched in the US market in 2020, followed by the L’OR BARISTA Coffee & Espresso machine in 2022, disrupting the coffee market and offering a more premium single-serve option to US consumers. The brand is growing rapidly, and this position will play a key role in driving its continued success and expansion. The Brand Manager role will report to the Brand Director and is perfect for an individual interested in working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This means flexibility and agility are paramount as you grow with our company. The role requires that you can easily flex between high-level strategic thinking and detailed-oriented executing tasks and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business case creation for new products, identifying market trends and growth opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Launch new products into the market, making sure they're supported by robust marketing activation and comms plans, and assessing in market results over time.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans and channel strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches, optimize distribution channels, and maximize customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to inform product positioning and development.
  • Work with the Brand Director to analyze product performance and market data, providing actionable insights to optimize brand performance.
  • Partner with internal teams (product development, sales, marketing) to execute product strategies and initiatives.
  • Track emerging trends and consumer feedback to drive product innovation and enhance brand positioning.
  • Analyze product assortment and pricing strategies to optimize the portfolio, improve profitability, and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Support the wholesale sales team by developing marketing materials, managing asset requests, and assisting with key customer meetings.
  • Manage collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful product execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in consumer goods and/or eCommerce driven business.
  • Bachelors required, Business or Marketing degree a plus.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving business decisions based on data.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, understand project management, and meet deadlines.
  • Desire to work in a small, entrepreneurial company.
