About the position

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the overall Company Brand strategies, implementing and executing strategic initiatives. This role involves leading the development of brand building and corporate identity initiatives, ensuring the brand message is consistent and aligned with the company’s vision and business goals. The Brand Manager will also execute brand segmentation, track retail bookings, and analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of brand building and corporate identity initiatives.
  • Own the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels, product lines, and customer touchpoints.
  • Execute brand segmentation; brand integrity, cost/retail differentiation, tracking retail bookings, hindsight analysis.
  • Stay ahead of market trends by blending insights from consumer behavior data and market research.
  • Plan, oversee, and execute seasonal brand campaigns, including product launches and promotions.
  • Collaborate with design, merchandising, and sales teams to align product offerings with brand positioning.
  • Guide/Direct marketing team to develop and carry out marketing plans.
  • Partner with marketing team to execute marketing initiatives; e-commerce strategies, social media posts.
  • Ensure brand consistency across retail environments.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns across digital and physical platforms.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
  • Evaluate and report on campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to align on brand goals.
  • Serve as brand ambassador, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Deliver impactful brand presentations to various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
  • 5-10 years in brand management, ideally in the retail or apparel industry.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, fashion trends, and retail dynamics.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
  • Creative, bold thinker who can develop innovative brand strategies.
  • Proactive self-starter.
  • Ability to multitask and re-prioritize frequently.
