This position requires a proactive approach, as you will be expected to create a strong presence in-store and drive sales through effective relationship-building and product education. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals set for your assigned brands. This involves not only representing the brands but also establishing and nurturing relationships with store teams to foster collaboration and support. You will educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstrations, ensuring they are equipped to promote the products effectively. Additionally, you will execute interactive product demonstrations that engage customers and enhance their shopping experience. The Brand Market Specialist position is part-time and seasonal, with a flexible work schedule that can vary from 0 to 20 hours per month based on the needs of the brands and retailers. This flexibility makes it an ideal opportunity for individuals who are self-starters, results-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry. Responsibilities
