About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships. This role will involve collaborating closely with clients to understand and align their business objectives with BELLA+CANVAS objectives and goals. This candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing plans and ensure the delivery of high-quality services that exceed client and brand expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and effective communication.
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and priorities, and proactively identify opportunities to add value through BELLA+CANVAS branded marketing initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on marketing strategies, campaign planning, and budget allocation to achieve our combined business objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, content, digital, and analytics, to ensure timely delivery of new projects and campaigns.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and proactively address any issues or roadblocks to ensure successful project execution.
  • Work closely with Sales partners and their clients to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with their business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and develop innovative marketing strategies that drive results.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategic recommendations and enhance client campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients, summarizing campaign results, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop actionable insights and optimization strategies based on performance data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles within a marketing agency or related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with experience in industries such as retail, fashion, e-commerce, or consulting services preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop creative solutions, and drive projects from conception to completion.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, CRM software, and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
