The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful launch and completion of marketing communications campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation across our Family of Brands. The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for leading internal and external brand initiatives that maintain Customers for Life and brand loyalty. This teammate will ensure that all initiatives across our brands uphold the brand guidelines and the implemented brand strategy. You will analyze the success of ongoing campaigns and feel comfortable making quick decisions to optimize the campaigns for better results. You will be responsible for yearly marketing strategy results and will report to the Marketing Communications, Vice President. Your goals as Brand Manager are to see to the successful execution of ongoing marketing communications campaigns, ensure the consistency of each brand across the multiple campaigns, needs, and initiatives, and lead efforts that create Customers for Life through extraordinary brand experiences supported by customer and internal facing initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally to get projects across the finish line and ensure brand consistency across the company's multiple initiatives. This teammate will work closely with the Brand Strategy and Communications Director to ensure successful campaign execution, brand consistency, campaign reporting, and team support.
