As a Manager, Marketing on the Marketing team, you will drive the implementation of marketing plans and support the execution of marketing programs and tactics for franchise owners. Your role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive marketing programs, seasonal campaigns, and tactics that align with brand strategy and industry trends. You will work with our agency of record to enhance brand identity and consumer experiences, manage the National Ad Fund, and evaluate marketing investments based on business objectives. Additionally, you will lead local performance marketing efforts, mentor team members, and oversee the development of marketing content for key events. Reporting on the performance of marketing efforts and recommending brand research projects will also be part of your responsibilities.
