About the position

As a Manager, Marketing on the Marketing team, you will drive the implementation of marketing plans and support the execution of marketing programs and tactics for franchise owners. Your role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive marketing programs, seasonal campaigns, and tactics that align with brand strategy and industry trends. You will work with our agency of record to enhance brand identity and consumer experiences, manage the National Ad Fund, and evaluate marketing investments based on business objectives. Additionally, you will lead local performance marketing efforts, mentor team members, and oversee the development of marketing content for key events. Reporting on the performance of marketing efforts and recommending brand research projects will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing programs and seasonal campaigns that align with brand strategy.
  • Work with agency partners to drive creative initiatives that enhance brand identity.
  • Manage the National Ad Fund and evaluate marketing investments based on business objectives.
  • Lead local performance marketing efforts and support franchise owners in growing their businesses.
  • Oversee the onboarding and ramp-up of new franchise owners to break-even.
  • Manage and mentor local performance marketing team members.
  • Leverage resources across various teams to execute the marketing strategy.
  • Oversee the development of marketing content for brand conferences and key events.
  • Report on the performance of national and local marketing efforts, assessing ROI/ROAS and KPIs.
  • Recommend and initiate brand research projects to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing high-performing teams and executing marketing programs.
  • Experience building annual, strategic marketing plans grounded in consumer insights.
  • Experience managing the development of brand creative assets with agency partners or in-house teams.
  • Strong track record delivering results in a high-growth environment.
  • Ability to interpret, analyze, and present metrics and trends.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, specifically PPC/paid search.
  • Exceptional Excel skills and comfort working with large amounts of data.
  • Ability to translate large amounts of raw data into actionable insights.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a franchise business model.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
