About the position

The Brand Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the development of marketing plans and the strategic vision of the business. This position involves collaboration across various teams to plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities

• Understand Sprouts' key differentiators and Customer Segmentation to effectively plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Enter campaign briefs to communicate and activate campaigns in project management systems
• Maintain master marketing calendar for accurate, real-time visibility to the team
• Schedule deadlines for planning, review, and release, tracking projects through the appropriate process
• Foster content collaboration among marketing channel owners
• Actively contribute to streamlining processes to ensure that quality, on-brand content and design is produced efficiently across marketing and creative teams
• Attend and participate in cross-functional team meetings to understand business priorities
• Proofread and edit marketing materials as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, content creation, social media marketing, or digital marketing
• Skilled at working collaboratively with multiple teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• High degree of organization and self-motivation
• Ability to remain positive and flexible to manage uncertainty and change
• Strong editing and proofreading skills
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Understanding of how to represent both retail and consumer brands well across various communication channels
