As the Brand Partnership & Experiential Marketing Specialist at Subaru, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing national-scale lifestyle partnerships and events that embody the essence of the Subaru brand. This position is designed for a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about crafting unique Subaru experiences that drive brand awareness, customer consideration, and loyalty. Your initiatives will not only highlight the Subaru Love Promise but also resonate with the passions of Subaru owners, leaving lasting impressions on our audience. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting events and partnerships, showcasing the impact of our connections through compelling stories collected from our Subaru retailer network. You will collaborate closely with various teams within Subaru of America, including Corporate Communications, Advertising, and Social Media, to develop and execute comprehensive marketing communications plans. This includes organizing media events, content development, and cross-promotional opportunities, ensuring that all communications and promotional materials are effectively utilized by retailers. You will also lead engaging experiential marketing series with partners and third-party agencies, supporting Subaru vehicle launches and integrating the Love Promise into these experiences. Your responsibilities will extend to maintaining partnerships, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and strategically aligned with Subaru's business objectives. This includes overseeing contract negotiations, program implementation, and reporting on the success of these partnerships. Additionally, you will coordinate logistics for promotional vehicles, apply continuous improvement strategies to enhance ROI on partnership investments, and utilize research and data to inform your decisions. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new partnership opportunities and trends within relevant industries, ensuring Subaru remains at the forefront of experiential marketing.
