About the position

In this role, you’ll bring new product launches and marketing campaigns to life in partnership with our retail partners. From visual merchandising and product messaging to influencer collaborations, trade activations, and digital initiatives, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our brand’s success in international markets. You’ll collaborate closely with our global team in New York, adapting global concepts to local markets, developing communication strategies, and coordinating with our creative and education teams to deliver assets. Additionally, you’ll oversee local PR agencies to enhance brand visibility. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the International Marketing and PR strategy, including brand, product, and retail marketing in collaboration with the Global Brand Marketing team and the local Commercial team in Paris.
  • Manage marketing, merchandising, and PR budgets for EMEA + UK.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key internal and external partners, including retail teams, agencies, and influencers.
  • Implement global marketing concepts across international markets.
  • Identify regional brand opportunities with key retailers and develop localized marketing activations beyond traditional retail partnerships.
  • Own the development of launch plans for new products, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and maximize ROI.
  • Lead retail marketing presentations and internal marketing meetings.
  • Drive media campaigns, brand partnerships, and market-specific activations.
  • Oversee sampling programs and co-op marketing initiatives across all regions.
  • Manage dotcom initiatives, ensuring best-in-class assets and messaging for retailer websites.
  • Oversee store openings and visual merchandising rollouts across EMEA & UK.
  • Roll out global brand communication and influencer strategies within international markets.
  • Develop long-term influencer partnerships and oversee local PR agency relationships (UK & France).
  • Execute high-impact brand events, working closely with external vendors, sales, and training teams.
  • Track and report on marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business success.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in brand or retail marketing, ideally in the beauty industry.
  • Experience with Sephora or similar beauty retailers is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent in English; strong French skills.
