Responsibilities

• Maintain the buffet station for all designated meal periods.
• Clean equipment and restock food items as needed.
• Ensure quality of food throughout service.
• Replenish food and supplies by retrieving items from the kitchen and storerooms.
• Set up buffet food bar as instructed by the manager.
• Recommend and describe buffet items to guests using a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
• Visually check the station for proper set-up, cleanliness, and presentation of food bar.
• Lift and place trays of food into the buffet bar efficiently and quietly.
