About the position
The Broadband Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the CUA Fiber/Broadband project, ensuring the successful execution of construction, installations, and network management. This position requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and effective leadership to meet project deliverables, deadlines, and budgets in the broadband industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the CUA Fiber/Broadband project including construction, installations, and network management.
- Collaborate with vendors and manage budgets and forecasts.
- Drive efforts in sales, customer care, technical support, and network management.
- Set market goals and develop plans to achieve them.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of job-related experience in the telecommunications industry with increasing responsibility.
- Successful track record in managing a FTTH/FTTP telecommunications network.
- Advanced knowledge of installation, repair, central office, and outside plant functions.
- Knowledge of OSP engineering and functions.
- Must live in the market area.
