About the position
The Brow Waxing Expert at Ulta Beauty is responsible for maximizing sales of the Benefit brand by engaging with guests to understand their needs, assisting in product selection, and performing short beauty services such as eyebrow and facial waxing. This role emphasizes exceptional guest service, product knowledge, and compliance with operational standards, contributing to the overall success of the store and the brand.
Responsibilities
- Maximize sales in the Benefit brand by engaging guests and assisting in product selection.
- Perform short services at the Brow Bar, including eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and tinting.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by personalizing interactions and recommending products.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and an active clientele portfolio for Benefit brand services.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.
- Adhere to Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in the Brow Bar and other assigned areas.
- Communicate supply needs to management to ensure guest readiness.
Requirements
- Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license as required by law.
- Experience in makeup application and eyebrow/facial waxing preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Demonstrated competency in sales and customer service.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with tweezing and eyebrow tinting.
- Proficiency with equipment needed for technical work.
