At CACI-Wexford you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by providing information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers. In support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) contract, you will be a part of our team's efforts to empower the Department of Defense's navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning, navigation and timing superiority. Our mission is to provide combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR by providing knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNT-related successes and threats.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all program level financial analysis and reporting.
  • Program cost control and management using cost baselines.
  • Revenue and profit recognition and forecasting.
  • Customer reporting and invoicing support.
  • Direct and indirect rate analysis.
  • Annual and multi-year planning.
  • Monthly forecasting.
  • Program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations.
  • Program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing setup.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant Finance/Accounting experience.
  • Familiar with DoD and USG budgeting policies.
  • Prior experience with DoD finance systems to include military budgeting, ROM, and MIPR experience.
  • BA/BS degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or another related field.
  • Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) certification or another equivalent.
  • Prior leadership or management training.
  • Current SECRET clearance.
