Responsibilities

• Conduct budget analysis and manage the budget process.
• Utilize analytical skills to review financial statements.
• Oversee program management and ensure adherence to contract budgets and allowable spending.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed.

Requirements

• Budget Analysis and Budget Process skills
• Analytical Skills and Financial Statements expertise
• Program Management knowledge
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a similar role within the nonprofit sector is a plus
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus
