Requirements

• Must possess valid U.S. work authorization.
• Must reside within the Washington D.C., Northern Virginia, or Maryland area.
• Must be willing to travel to client locations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have successfully completed or have intentions to complete a 40-hour Medical Interpreter Training Course.
• Pass an Oral Language Proficiency Test in both English and the target language(s).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person interpretation services for clients in healthcare settings.
• Travel to various client locations within the Washington D.C., Northern Virginia, and Maryland areas.
